Zero tolerance
- 01Harassment of any kind — verbal, physical, visual, or online — is prohibited.
- 02Sexual harassment, including unwelcome advances or comments, will not be tolerated.
- 03Bullying, intimidation, and abusive behaviour have no place at Alexa Cybersecurity.
- 04Discrimination in hiring, pay, promotion, or any employment decision is prohibited.
How to report
If you experience or witness harassment or discrimination, report it to your manager, the People team at people@alexasecurity.net, or the confidential ethics hotline. Reports are taken seriously, handled discreetly, and investigated fairly. Retaliation against anyone who reports in good faith is itself a serious violation of this Handbook.
