Purpose

The Ethics Hotline is the standing, confidential channel through which any workforce member, client, supplier, or member of the public may report suspected violations of law, regulation, policy, or our Code of Conduct.

The Hotline is operated under the oversight of the Audit Committee of the Board and is staffed by an independent third-party intake provider to preserve confidentiality.

What to report

  • 01Suspected fraud, theft, or misappropriation.
  • 02Bribery, kickbacks, or improper payments.
  • 03Sanctions, export-control, or anti-money-laundering concerns.
  • 04Discrimination, harassment, or retaliation.
  • 05Workplace safety hazards.
  • 06Conflicts of interest, undisclosed relationships, or self-dealing.
  • 07Misuse of confidential information or intellectual property.
  • 08Any other matter that raises a credible legal, ethical, or compliance concern.

How to report

Reports may be submitted by email to ethics@alexasecurity.net, which routes to the independent intake provider; through the third-party reporting portal accessible from the company intranet; or by calling the dedicated 24/7 hotline number distributed at onboarding.

Reports may be submitted anonymously. Where a reporter chooses to identify themselves, their identity is held in strict confidence to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Non-retaliation

Alexa Cybersecurity strictly prohibits retaliation against any person who, in good faith, makes a report or participates in an investigation. Retaliation is itself a violation of this Policy and grounds for termination.

Investigation and resolution

Every report is acknowledged within 5 business days, triaged by the Office of the General Counsel, and assigned to an investigator independent of the subject of the report. The Audit Committee receives a quarterly summary of all reports, investigations, and outcomes.

Where an investigation substantiates the report, the company takes corrective and disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment, contract cancellation, and referral to law-enforcement authorities.
