Purpose and scope
This public overview explains why Alexa Cybersecurity develops technology and commercial partnerships, what customers can seek from those relationships, and how a product or service engagement can be structured.
The partnership statements below are provided by Escalation Holding LLC. The delivery approach describes how an engagement can be organized, not a promise that every activity or service is included in every purchase. The signed agreement, order, statement of work, and applicable vendor terms define the services actually purchased.
Commercial and partner agreements in early 2026
According to information provided by Escalation Holding LLC, in the early months of 2026, Alexa Cybersecurity formally signed commercial and managed security service provider (MSSP) and managed service provider (MSP) partnership agreements with Fortinet, Check Point, Sophos, Cisco, and Carahsoft for global business operations.
The relevant signed agreements govern the role, products, territory, term, and rights of each relationship. This overview does not assert a particular partner tier, accreditation, unrestricted resale right, or identical service scope across all named organizations.
Vietnam distribution and integration
For Vietnam specifically, Escalation Holding LLC states that Alexa Cybersecurity is the sole distributor and integrator for Veracode and Lumu Technologies.
This statement concerns the Vietnam market and does not describe global exclusivity. Customers should confirm the applicable product, licensing route, scope of integration, and contractual entitlement as part of their quotation and agreement.
Why these partnerships matter
The purpose of the partnership approach is to connect customers' security and business requirements with suitable technology, implementation expertise, and an agreed support model. Purchasing a product alone does not determine how it should be configured, integrated, maintained, or used in the customer's environment.
Alexa's intended role is to help customers evaluate those choices and define a practical path from procurement to deployment and ongoing operation. A coordinated engagement can reduce unclear responsibilities between the customer, the delivery team, and the technology provider, while preserving each party's contractual obligations.
Solution selection should reflect the customer's existing systems, risks, staffing, budget, data requirements, and desired outcomes. No product or partnership eliminates all security risk or guarantees regulatory compliance.
Products, projects, MSP and MSSP services
- 01Product and subscription supply. An engagement can cover the agreed product, license or subscription, quantities, term, renewal conditions, and vendor entitlements. Procurement is subject to the applicable commercial and territorial rights.
- 02Implementation and integration. A project can cover assessment, design, configuration, migration, integrations, testing, documentation, and handover to the extent specified in a statement of work.
- 03Managed service provider (MSP). An agreed managed-service scope can include administration, maintenance, configuration management, and operational support for designated systems.
- 04Managed security service provider (MSSP). An agreed security-service scope can include monitoring, alert assessment, escalation, and response assistance for designated assets and data sources. Coverage hours, response authority, and responsibilities must be agreed rather than assumed.
Customer delivery process
- 011. Discover requirements. Define the business objective, environment, assets, technical constraints, stakeholders, and success criteria. Identify data handling and access requirements before exchanging sensitive information.
- 022. Assess and design. Compare suitable options and document the proposed architecture, integrations, dependencies, implementation boundaries, and responsibilities. Any demonstration or proof of concept requires its own agreed scope and access controls.
- 033. Agree the commercial scope. Confirm the quotation, product entitlements, service deliverables, timeline, fees, support model, exclusions, and acceptance criteria in the relevant order or statement of work.
- 044. Provision and implement. Arrange agreed entitlements and perform authorized configuration or integration through the approved delivery route. Confirm ownership of customer accounts and licenses, permitted access, change approvals, and rollback arrangements before production changes.
- 055. Validate and hand over. Test against the agreed acceptance criteria, document outstanding issues, and provide the contracted configuration records, operating guidance, and knowledge transfer. Customer acceptance follows the agreed process.
- 066. Operate, review and renew. Where ongoing service is purchased, follow the agreed monitoring, maintenance, reporting, escalation, and change procedures. Review service scope and renewals with the customer; define access removal, data return or deletion, and handover at exit.
Responsibilities and customer safeguards
Alexa's responsibilities should be recorded in the contract and delivery plan. The customer retains responsibility for its business decisions, authorized contacts, approval of access and changes, and obligations not expressly delegated. Vendor responsibilities, warranties, and support entitlements remain subject to the applicable vendor terms.
Access to customer systems should be explicitly authorized, limited to the agreed purpose, and removed when no longer required. Any processing of customer data, remote administration, use of subcontractors, or cross-border transfer must be addressed through the applicable agreements and legal requirements.
Coverage hours, service levels, response and resolution targets, reporting frequency, data residency, incident-response authority, and escalation contacts must be confirmed for the specific engagement. This page does not promise 24/7 coverage, a fixed response time, or a particular security outcome.
Starting an engagement
Customers can contact Alexa Cybersecurity to discuss the products or service model they need, the intended territory, approximate scope, existing technology, and procurement requirements. Do not include passwords, secret keys, or sensitive operational data in an initial inquiry.
Where a legal contracting entity is required, the applicable entity is Escalation Holding LLC d/b/a Alexa Cybersecurity. Any purchase or service commitment remains subject to the agreed commercial documents and applicable vendor terms.
