Code of Conduct & Ethics

Professional conduct

Every member of the Team is expected to act with honesty, professionalism, and respect in all interactions — with colleagues, clients, partners, and the public. Your conduct represents the company and, by extension, the institutions that trust us with their security.

Core expectations

• 02Be truthful in all records, reports, timesheets, and client communications.
• 03Protect client and company assets, data, and reputation at all times.
• 04Comply with all applicable laws and with this Handbook wherever you work.
• 05Raise concerns early and in good faith through the channels below.

Conflicts of interest

You must avoid situations where your personal interests conflict — or appear to conflict — with the interests of the company or our clients. Outside employment, financial interests in competitors or suppliers, and personal relationships that affect business decisions must be disclosed to your manager and the People team.

Anti-bribery & anti-corruption

We compete on the quality of our work, never through improper payments. Offering, giving, soliciting, or accepting a bribe or kickback — in any form, to anyone, including public officials — is strictly prohibited and may be a criminal offence. Modest, customary business hospitality is permitted only where lawful and transparent.

Speaking up

If you become aware of conduct that violates this Code, report it to your manager, the People team at people@alexasecurity.net, or the confidential ethics hotline. We prohibit retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith.
