Confidential information

In the course of your work you will access highly sensitive information — client architectures, vulnerabilities, business plans, and personal data. You must keep all such information strictly confidential, both during and after your engagement with the company, and use it only as needed to do your job.

Your obligations

  • 01Do not disclose confidential information to anyone without authorisation.
  • 02Do not discuss client engagements publicly, including on social media.
  • 03Store and transmit confidential information only through approved, secured channels.
  • 04Return or securely destroy confidential information when it is no longer needed or when you leave.

Intellectual property

Work you create in the scope of your employment — code, research, methodologies, tooling, and documentation — belongs to the company, to the extent permitted by law. Do not incorporate third-party or open-source material without confirming its license permits our use.

After you leave

Your confidentiality obligations survive the end of your engagement. Post-employment obligations, where applicable, are set out in your individual agreement and remain enforceable under applicable law.
