Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to drive business growth within the Banking, Financial Services, and Telecommunications sectors in Vietnam. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategic relationships with executive stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities, and managing complex enterprise sales engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account growth strategies for major banking and telecommunications customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives, IT leaders, security teams, and procurement stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for cybersecurity, AI security, cloud security, and digital transformation solutions.
• Lead enterprise sales cycles from opportunity identification through contract negotiation and closure.
• Coordinate with technical architects, solution engineers, and vendor partners to deliver customer presentations and demonstrations.
• Manage RFPs, tenders, and procurement processes for large-scale enterprise projects.
• Achieve assigned revenue, pipeline, and business growth targets.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, or account management.
• Proven experience working with large banking, financial services, or telecommunications organizations in Vietnam.
• Strong network within enterprise accounts and government-regulated industries is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to engage effectively with executive-level decision makers.
• Professional proficiency in both Vietnamese and English.
